All the household furniture, plate, linen, china, glass, books, pictures and other household effects as well as his watches were left to Ann and her brother Joseph William in equal shares, in the case of any dispute as to the selection of items he named James STEPHENSON, (the other joint Trustee of his Will) to decide.
