Visiting at Wilbert Funeral Home, Plaquemine, 8 p.m. to religious services at 10 a.m. Friday, conducted by the Rev. Garry McClure. Burial in Grace Memorial Park, Plaquemine. Survived by wife, Grace Gauthe Perkins, Plaquemine; a daughter, Linda Clark, San Bernadino, Calif.; two sons, Arthur Frank Perkins Jr., New Orleans, and John Calvin Perkins, Plaquemine; two step-daughters, Mrs. Paul (Jeanne) Acosta, Plaquemine, and Jeannette Dille, White Castle; nine grandchildren; a great-grandson; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by parents, John Calvin and Sophia Castania Perkins; four brothers, Luther, John, Robert and Louis Perkins; and three sisters, Carrie Carline Melder, Beulah Dinkins and Louise Schilling.
