Record Source: in her Will, her mother instructed that on the death of her husband Thomas BOOTH, the rents etc. from all of her real estate, consisting of several Copyhold Lands, Tenements and Hereditaments at West Auckland which had once belonged to her late parents Ralph and Ann FURBANK were to go to her children Ralph BOOTH and Elizabeth KILBURN and their children. After Thomas's death a House, Garden and Stable occupied by Ralph HODGSON was bequeathed to daughter Elizabeth and then equally amongst Elizabeth's children. She bequeathed all of her "Wearing apparell" to her daughter Elizabeth KILBURN.
