Record Source: Ida & Terry reside in Adelaide until the depression years in the 1930's when they decided to move to Victoria. Terry got work helping to build the wheat silo's from Miram to Pimpinio. When these were completed he went to Murtoa, where he helped to build the big wheat shed (also called the big stick shed). On returning to his home at Miram he worked for Mr Wheaton. People soon got to know Terry, the carpenter, and in this trade he worked in a wide area around Miram and districts until his retirement.
