Record Source: One year ago today, we lost the patriarch of our family as he sat down for dinner with Grandma. The man who didn't know a stranger. The man who would lend a new neighbor his truck even if he just met them. The man who would help me fold The Dispatch newspaper after school and then drive Ruth Howell Jackson, Justin, and Ryne Bolsenga around Holiday Hills throwing the newspaper to our long-time customers. The man who would take us on tractor rides on his old John Deere down at the farm in Uniontown, KS. The man, who was nearly blind in his last few years, took up reading the 'cowboy' books in the large-print section of the Liberty Public Library. I could go on and on about my Grandpa Russell Wright... So many wonderful memories of him and each one of us. We miss him like crazy. Cherish the minutes, months, and years with your loved ones like we have. These memories are irreplaceable. — with Garry Wright and 11 others.
