    The 1830 census revealed they were living in Marion County, Georgia. Household members: Meredith Buckner (20-30), Nancy (20-30), Charles (under 5) and Susan (under 5).

    The Cherokee Land Lottery of 1832 revealed Meredith Buckner resided at Watson's in Marion County and received land in the Seventh District, Third Section.

    The 1840 census revealed they were still living in Marion County, Georgia. Household members were: Meredith Buckner (30-40), Nancy (30-40), Charles & John (10-14), Ebba (5-9), William (under 5) and Susan (10-14) and Mary (5-9).

    The 1850 Census of October 16, revealed Meredith was a mechanic and his real estate value was $800. They were still living in Marion County, Georgia and they were all born in Georgia.
