He bequeathed £10 to son Michael, together with the "old eight-day clock originally belonging to John RICHARDSON", daughter Mary HEATLEY was left his own eight-day clock and grand-daughter Elizabeth WHEATLEY was bequeathed £20. All of his furniture, china, pictures and other household effects, and the rest of his real estate was left to his Executors to sell - the proceeds to be divided between his children Elizabeth COWELL, Mary HEATLEY, Isabella WHEATLEY, Ann HENDERSON, Michael CURRY and Margaret Jane SMITH in such shares that daughters Isabella and Ann were to each have £10 less than the other children. The value of his Estate was £901.
