Record Source: <p>Mr. McBride Albright<p><p><p>Jan 21, 1998<p><p><p><p>The Burlington Times-News<p><p><p><p><p><p><p><p>BURLINGTON - Mr. McBride A. "Mac'' Albright, 65, of 2328 La Vista Drive, died at 6:45 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 20, 1998, at his home after an illness of six months.<p><p><p><p><p><p><p>A native of Alamance County, he was the husband of Mrs. Linda Stanley Albright, who survives, and the son of Mr. McBride Holt Albright and Mrs. Isla Whitesell Berrong, both deceased. He was a retired self-employed carpenter and was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of Providence United Church of Christ, where he was president of the Church Men's Fellowship and was a former trustee.<p><p><p><p><p><p><p>Survivors other than his wife of the home include a daughter, Mrs. Robin A. Rivers of Haw River; a son, Mr. Eric Lyle Albright of Graham; two half brothers, Mr. Joe Max Albright and Mr. John Scott Albright, of Tampa, Fla.; and three grandchildren.<p><p><p><p><p><p><p>The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at Providence United Church of Christ by the Rev. Darryl Peebles. Burial will be in Graham Memorial Park.<p><p><p><p><p><p><p>The family will be at McClure Funeral Home in Graham from 6 to 8 this evening.<p><p><p><p><p><p><p>Memorials may be made to Hospice of Alamance-Caswell, P.O. Box 2122, Burlington, N.C. 27216-2122.<p><p><p>
