Record Source: Rosie Owens Gibson, 61 of Route 4, died yesterday at her home.
A native of Sevierville, Tennessee, she was the wife of Robert L. Gibson and daughter of Elizabeth Rhea Owens of Knoxville Tennessee and the late Jerry A. Owens. She was a member of Lockhart United Methodist Church and a former employee ofConso Products.
Also surviving are a daughter, Sheila Garner of Jonesville: a son, Jerry L. Gibson of Union; four brothers, Gene Owens of Maryville Tenn., A.J. Owens of Cleveland, Ohio, Fred Owens of Cincinnati, Ohio, abd Glenn Owens of Detroit; and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be held tonight at the S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home. Services will be 3 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral chapel by the Revs. Duncan Floyd and Lewis Hayes. Burial will be in Union Memorial Gardens.
