Sarah Howard, age 70, passed away Wednesday at Alive Hospice at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville.
A native of Moore County, she was the daughter of Gracie Smith and the late J.T. Golden.
She was retired from the Jack Daniel's Distillery and was of the Church of Christ faith.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by two sons; Jeff (Tonya) Gattis of Lynchburg, and Roy Gattis of Tullahoma, four grandchildren; Trudy Burns, Jon Gattis, Joshua Gattis, and Jerrica Gattis, and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services conducted in the Chapel of Tullahoma Funeral Home with Bro. Jack Hice and Bro. Horace Lee Jacobs officiating. Burial in Lynchburg Cemetery.
