    W. L. BULLARD
    Accompanied by relatives the body of William L. Bullard, ages 51, whose death
    occurred at a local hospitlal Monday, was taken to Decatur Tuesday where funeral
    services were held at the Decatur Baptist church at 2 p.m. Rev. J. E. McCraw and
    Rev. A. S. Oliver officiated, interment in the Dacatur [sic] cemeter.
    The death of Mr. Bullard, a prominent lumberman of Newton county, occurred after
    a short illness. He is survived by his wife, two sons, George and William Bullard,
    Decatur; his father, J. M. C. Bullard, five sisters, MEsdames Tom Boone, Carnes, Miss;
    W. F. Gibbs, Forest; J. M. Hagan, McLaurin, Miss; C. L. Gordy, Newton, and R.W. Wiggins,
    Meridian; one brother, L. H. Bullard, Decatur.
    James F. Webb was in charge of the funeral.
