    In the Name of God Amen I William NEWCOMB of Heighington in the County of Durham, yeoman, do make this my last Will and Testament in manner following, that is to say I give, devise and bequeath unto my good friends John OLIVER of Heighington aforesaid, Hugh WRIGHT and John WATSON all of Heighington aforesaid weaver, all those my messuages, tenements or dwelling houses, garths, garisons, lands and premises whatsoever to the same belonging or in any wise appurtaining as the same and situate lying and being in Heighington aforesaid. Boundering on a messuage now or late belonging to John LAWELL on the west on a messuage now or late belonging to William COLLING on the east is close called the Garth on the north and the Town Street on the south. To hold the same unto the said John OLIVER and John WATSON and the survivor of them and the heirs and assisgns of such survivor to for and upon the following trusts, intents and purposes hereinafter mentioned that is to say In trust to permit and suffer my Dear Mother Dorothy GARMONDSWAY to have, receive, enjoy and take the rents, lands and profits thereof for and during the form of her natural life and that her receipts for the rents and profits thereof shall be good and sufficient discharges in the law for payment of the same notwithstanding her being under coverture of her present or any future husband she may happen hereafterto have and from and after the decease of my said mother, I give, devise and bequeath all and singular the above mentioned premises with their appurtenances unto them the said John OLIVER and John WATSON and the survivor of them and the heirs and assigns of such survivor upon the further special trust to sell and dispose of the same premises above mentioned for the best price that can be had or gotten for the same and the money arising by such sale to be equally divided to and amongst such of my brothers and sisters as shall be living at the time of the death of my said mother but in case any of them shall not then have attained to their respective age or ages of twenty one years, then and in that case, the share of him or them so under age shall not be paid till such time as they shall attain to such age or ages of twenty one years and the interest thereof shall be paid applied and disposed of towards his and their maintenance and education in such manner as they my said trustees shall think proper and if it shall so happen that any of them, my said brothers and sisters living at the time of my said mother's death, shall dye before the attainment of their respective ages of twenty one years, then and in that case the share of him or them so dying shall go and be paid to the survivor of them equally, share and share alike.

    And I do hereby declare that the receipt and receipts of my said trustees or the survivor of them or the heirs, executors of such survivors shall be good and effectual discharges to the purchaser or purchasers of the said premises to be sold as aforesaid. And I do hereby direct that my said trustees shall and may reimburse themselves and himself out of these money arising by such sale of the above mentioned premises all reasonable and notossary charges and expenses whatsoever that they or either of them shall or may bear pay be put into or sustain in or about the execution of this my Will or the trust in them proposed. And I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said trustees John OLIVER and John WATSON, executors of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this twenty eighth day of May in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety.
