Michael John Lockwood, known professionally as Crash Holly, was an American professional wrestler born on August 25, 1971, in San Francisco, California. He gained recognition for his appearances with the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) / World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) from 1999 to 2003. Lockwood debuted in 1989 and spent a decade wrestling on the independent circuit before signing with the World Wrestling Federation in 1998. He formed a tag team with Hardcore Holly and won the WWF World Tag Team Championship. Lockwood established himself in the hardcore division, winning the WWF Hardcore Championship on 22 occasions, including during a period when the title was defended "24/7". He also held the titles of WWF European Champion and WWF Light Heavyweight Champion. Lockwood's career continued with NWA Total Nonstop Action as Mad Mikey until his untimely death in 2003. Throughout his career, Lockwood had over 25 championship reigns in the WWF. His dedication and success in the world of professional wrestling left a lasting impact on the industry.
