Maharaja Fateh Bahadur Shahi, the 99th Raja of Hathwa Raj in India, was a prominent figure known for his relentless resistance against the British rule. Fateh Singh also played a crucial role in the Battle of Chappar Chiri in May 1710, where he, along with Baj Singh, beheaded Wazir Khan, the Mughal Deputy Governor of Sirhind. This act led to the capture of Sirhind by the Sikh Army. However, Fateh Singh was eventually taken prisoner by the Mughal Army in December 1710 and later executed in Delhi in June 1716.
