Natasja Saad

Natasja Saad, also known as Natasja, Dou T, and Little T, was a Danish rapper, deejay, and singer who gained worldwide fame for her vocals on the popular reggae fusion remix of "Calabria." Born in Copenhagen to a Danish mother and Sudanese father, she had a love for nature and horses, which led her to become a professional jockey. Saad's music career began in Copenhagen, and she later gained popularity in Jamaica. Despite a career setback due to a horse riding accident, she later won the reggae/Irie FM Big Break Contest in Jamaica, reigniting her music career. Tragically, she died in a car crash in Jamaica in 2007, leaving a significant impact on Denmark's music and entertainment world. Posthumously, a four LP box set titled "Legacy (1974–2007)" was released to commemorate the 10th anniversary of her death, including a compilation album featuring songs from her entire career. Saad's legacy continues to be celebrated through her music and influence.
