Rondell "Fineman" Rawlins (c. 1975 – August 28, 2008) was a notorious Guyanese gang leader and fugitive involved in a series of violent crimes in Guyana. He was suspected of orchestrating the murder of Guyanese Agriculture Minister Satyadeow Sawh, his brother, and a security guard in 2006, as well as leading the brutal Lusignan Massacre in January 2008, resulting in the deaths of eleven individuals, including five children. Additionally, Rawlins was implicated in the Bartica Massacre in February 2008, where 12 people, including three police officers, lost their lives.Rawlins' violent actions were reportedly motivated by his belief that his missing girlfriend had been abducted by the government. This led to a nationwide manhunt by the Guyanese government, offering a reward of 50 million Guyanese dollars for information leading to his capture. The search culminated on August 28, 2008, when Rawlins and two other gang members were found by the police near Georgetown.
