Sun Jiagan (Chinese: 孫嘉淦; Hanyu Pinyin: Sūn Jiāgàn; Tongyong Pinyin: Sun Chia-kan, 1683–1753) was a prominent Chinese politician during the Qing dynasty. His career faced setbacks, including a temporary demotion for an act perceived as disrespectful, yet he was reinstated by the emperor. Sun's tenure as Viceroy of Huguang saw the implementation of the subsidized chiefs system to manage the aboriginal population. Despite being relieved of his position and recalled to the Imperial Clan Court, Sun's dedication to service was evident until his retirement in 1745, followed by a brief return to office as Gongbu Shangshu in 1750.
