Thomas Witham
Thomas Witham (or Wytham; c. 1420 – 15 Apr 1489) was an English Chancellor of the Exchequer under Kings Henry VI and Edward IV. He served during the Great Bullion Famine and the Great Slump in England. Witham was also a counsellor to future Richard III. He passed away in 1489 and was buried at Sheriff Hutton church. Witham did not have any surviving children but left money to several grandchildren in his will of 1474.
